Chandigarh club invites all its members and their loved ones on this Christmas & New Year for a celebration filled with fun, frolic and some amazing performances by global artists. Starting with entertaining session by DJ Armaan on the Christmas Eve i.e. 24th December and an enthralling New Year performance by Jasbir Jassi the club is all set to make this festive week a memorable one for all the attendees.
On the occasion of the 70th Independence Day with a patriotic spirit and a festive mood members & guests of the Chandigarh club unfurled the tricolor high in the sky with slogans of India’s greatness all around. Apart from this a bumper Tambola was organized with some amazing prizes which were won. A musical evening session with renowned singer & Rehmat Qawaal, Malerkotla wale behind the mike made the evening a memorable one.
Celebrated to mark the advent of monsoons and by the women in the house for the long-life of their partner, Teej is an important festival of north India. Every year Chandigarh Club organizes Teej Mahotsav for its members and guests. This year also the club in all joyous and traditional style organized the event with loads of activities to pamper the ladies like the beauty stalls, exclusive clothing & accessories corner, mehendi experts, bangle shops, pottery corner & loads more. The ladies seem to have a lot of fun during the event.
Chandigarh Club has always provided the best sports facilities across the tricity. This time the Lawn Tennis courts of the Chandigarh Club witnessed the Davis Cup Tie- Asia Oceania Group’s round-1 & round-2 between India and South Korea. Leading Tennis players from both the nation like Leander Paes, Rohan Bopanna, Anand Amritraj, Zeeshan Ali and many more participated in the tournament.
As the summer comes so does the favorite sport of the season, swimming. Chandigarh Club with an amazing pool and coach facility encourages swimmers every year by organizing a Swimming Championship for swimmers of all age groups. This year also the championship was organized and has enthusiastic participants of every age. The winners of the competitions in different categories were awarded by the club authorities.
Members and guests of Chandigarh Club celebrated Holi with an amazing get-together and enjoyed the performance of popular Punjabi singer Harbhajan Mann. Bhangra and folk dance performers entertained the crowd with a heated performance. Color and happy faces made the day a very memorable one.
Taking the festive wagon further Chandigarh Club is celebrating the festival of colors, HOLI with a lot of joy and verve. With great fervor and enthusiasm Chandigarh Club continued their spree of celebration on this republic day eve with breathtaking live performance by famous band LOCAL TRAIN. The crowd enjoyed the show and danced to the tunes of the band.
Amidst the freezing cold weather and the dense fog outside, everything seems stagnant but as 13th January comes it brings along the long-awaited harvest festival –Lohri. This year on Lohri members and guests of Chandigarh Club has a jolly time with folk dancers and tambola night. Singer Vishal Arora added to the awesomeness levels of the club’s Lohri celebrations.
The members and guests at Chandigarh club had a gala time on the Christmas and New Year Countdown 2016. Musicians and artists like Malkiat Singh, Gurnazar, Kamal Khan, Surendra Sharma and more made every evening a memorable one. Events like Kids carnival and Fashion show added another flavor to the celebrations.
Welcome 2016 with great pomp and show at Chandigarh Club. The New Year bash starts from 24th December and continues till 31st December. With a variety of programs and performances by renowned artists, the club is sure to make your new year a memorable one.
The club has special food and liquor festival from 24th December – 31st December organized in the club Premises.
Its winters and Chandigarh Club has new timings for its members favorite leisure activities. Now the Tambola Saturday evening session will take place on Sunday mornings at 11:30 am and on Saturday evenings the members can enjoy an amazing live band performance.

Just like every year Diwali 2015 was all about bumper Tambola, happy guests and members and loads of Fireworks. The Bumper Diwali Tambola that was organized on 7th November had a great audience and was enjoyed by people of all ages. The 8th November Diwali Fireworks celebration was a massive hit among the members and guests.
Adding to the festive mood of its members Chandigarh Club is organizing a Bumper Diwali Tambola on 7th November, 6:30 PM onwards and on the next day i.e on 8th November there will be a huge firework celebration in the club 8:00PM onwards.
This year it was a special delight for all the members of Chandigarh Club with a grand festive celebration on Dusshera and Karvachauth, where on Dusherra it was all about bumper tambola and burning of huge effigies of Ravan, Kumbkaran and Meghnath. Karvachauth saw all the lady members and dependant dressed gorgeously for a huge tambola bash after which prizes were also distributed to the winners.
To encourage its members and their dependents to spend some time to read and enhance their knowledge Chandigarh Club has opened a new library section. The library is well equipped with more than 3000 books and magazines with special section for people of all ages. So, come enjoy the company of books, a free Wi-Fi facility and dedicated library staff that can help you find what’s best for you.
Members of the club can also donate books to the club’s library.
In its mission to plant 2000 Saplings this monsoon. Chandigarh Club with its management and members organized “Plant Your Tree” campaign on 2end August 2015, where they planted trees in and across the surroundings of the club.

1st Chd Club Squash tournament for Members, Dependents and Academy players was organized from 01st to 04th June, 2015 at the club’s squash sports area. Members of all age groups participated in the championship and were awarded by the club.
Chandigarh Lawn Tennis Association (CLTA), Sector 10,Chandigarh association with HSBC Bank organized “Road to Wimbledon”, a national series tournament for under-14 boys & Girls from 19th to 24th January, 2015.
